Environmental responsibility is more than a current catch phrase; it’s a core philosophy we built our business on. We chose green design from the start; we improved insulation, added natural lighting, and chose responsible landscaping. From the big things, such as choosing energy efficient laptops over desktops to the smaller decisions, such as forgoing Styrofoam cups, we are dedicated to improving our business and our world.
Our employees carry on our values with a green routine focused on reducing, reusing and recycling. By turning off unneeded lights, reusing scrap paper, maintaining our company’s extensive recycling program and getting involved in community projects like Earth Day and our Stewardship Crew, they are helping to maintain the Proven Direct mission.

The Menomonee River Valley
The Menomonee River Valley has been revitalized from a 1,200 acre wasteland into one of the most popular industrial areas in Milwaukee. Surrounded by the Summerfest grounds and Miller Park, inhabited by Potawatomi Bingo and Casino and with just a short walk to the vibrant downtown area, The Valley has become as popular with tourists as it has for local business.

While the Valley has proved to be economically successful for local companies, there’s a morality for improving the area and all of Milwaukee that's getting the Valley a lot of buzz. In 2006, while searching for a site for the new building the management of Proven Direct was scouting three different areas for development. They were drawn to The Valley’s commitment to social and environmental responsibility and the prospect of joining in the redevelopment mission.
The Menomonee Valley Partners, an organization composed of private-sector entities and interest groups, remains focused on the valley’s rejuvenation. For over a decade this public-private partnership has strived to improve the Valley for both businesses and the community with initiatives like the Pre-Development program and Sustainable Design Guidelines. MVP also plays a vital role in maintaining the momentum of the redevelopment process as facilitator and convener. Their hard work and example has begun to spill out of the Valley and benefit the surrounding neighborhoods, such as the Historic Third Ward where old warehouses are being rehabbed to create a trendy spot to live and play.
Proven Direct is proud to be a member of the Menomonee River Valley and all that it has accomplished for improving the quality of business, the environment, and the lives of people in Milwaukee.
